How does ShareOTT offer cheap OTT subscriptions?

We create shared accounts for platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ Hotstar, splitting the cost among multiple users. This brings you premium streaming at prices as low as ₹120/month!

Is it legal to use shared OTT accounts?

Yes, ShareOTT operates within the terms of service of OTT platforms by managing shared accounts responsibly. You get legal access to content at a fraction of the cost.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment for a cheap Netflix plan or other subscription fails, don’t worry! You can retry securely via Razorpay. Contact shareott.in@gmail.com if issues persist.

How many users share one account?

It depends on the platform’s limits (e.g., Netflix allows 4 profiles). We ensure smooth streaming for all users on our affordable OTT plans without overcrowding.

Can I switch plans?

Absolutely! After your current plan expires, pick a new one from our pricing page. Enjoy flexible, budget-friendly streaming with ShareOTT!

Is it safe to share a Netflix or Prime Video account, or will I get banned?

Every ShareOTT plan gives you your own personal profile - we don't overcrowd accounts. Household and OTP verification is handled for you, so your access stays stable and uninterrupted.

What payment methods do you accept?

For customers in India, we accept UPI, cards, and net banking via Razorpay. International customers can pay by PayPal.

Can I get a refund after my subscription starts?

Once account access has been shared with you, subscriptions are non-refundable, in line with our Terms & Conditions. If you haven't received access yet or something went wrong with your order, contact us and we'll sort it out.

What if my account stops working or the password changes?

Our system monitors account delivery automatically, and our team is notified the moment an issue is flagged so it can be resolved quickly. You can also reach us anytime by WhatsApp or email.

Do I need to give you my own Netflix or Prime account?

No - it works the other way around. We give you login access to a managed shared account. You never need to hand over your own personal account or credentials to anyone.

How long does it take to receive my login details after payment?

Account details are sent by email right after payment. In most cases you'll have access within a few hours, and always within 24 hours.

Is there a ShareOTT mobile app?

No separate app is needed. Once you have your login details, you stream using the official Netflix, Prime Video, or other platform app directly - that's the whole model.
